Yes, COD is available for all orders below INR 1499 on all serviceable pincodes. Please note that cash handling fees will be levied on all COD orders.

- All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned with the original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per order at the time of refund, regardless of the number of items in the order. Therefore, if an order includes multiple items, only one deduction of Rs 100 will be applied for the entire order, not per individual item.
We offer free exchanges, so you won't incur any additional charges to exchange the product(s). It's on us! We aim to ensure your experience is hassle-free.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹799 across India. For orders below ₹799 / COD orders, a nominal charge is applicable depending on the location.
Currently, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
If the COD option is not appearing, it means this service is not available for your postal code. You can still complete your purchase using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or choose to have the products delivered to a different address where COD is available.
If you find that the product does not meet the expected standards upon delivery, please contact us promptly on whatsapp / Instagram within 1 day of receiving the product. Please provide details of the product and its condition, and we will provide further instructions.

- It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, where it will undergo a quality check.
- Once it passes QC, the exchange item will be dispatched within 72 hours. Typically, it will take 2-5 working days for the replacement product to reach you.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed based on the original payment method and credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If there is a delay, please contact your respective bank.

Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don't worry, there are no cancellation charges.
- Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
The annual/monthly introductory offer of Rs. 299/199 is excl. GST. The Souled Store may revise this annual/monthly fee at any time, without prior intimation. However, such price change will not affect anyone who has already purchased the membership.
The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?
